Application range: high purity 32.5% urea liquid for conveying diesel vehicles. Or high demand cooling system to transport ethylene glycol and pure water mixture.
High purity rubber material is used for cleaning and environmental protection. Non-ionic components can be separated out after soaking for a long time to ensure no secondary pollution in the liquid and SCR system.
Help diesel vehicles meet emissions regulations. Also protect the high-end equipment cooling system liquid long-term operation without scaling.
High strength and precision braid structure can reduce the volume expansion of urea transportation and meet the requirement of high accuracy measurement.
Good wear-resisting and bending performance, suitable for frequent winding of rotating shaft; Flexible hose, reduce labor intensity during operation.
Structure: inner rubber layer: black smooth antistatic, high purity and alkali resistant EPDM synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength polyester fiber thread.
Protective layer: black antistatic, anti - static EPDM synthetic rubber. Above 1" cloth.
Urea injection pipe: ￠8.0 mm, the enhancement layer: the ultra high strength aramid fiber line. Working pressure is 20bar, and safety factor is 5 times.
Urea discharge straw: 1-1/2~3", with strong layer of spiral steel wire, small bending radius, resistant to vacuum negative pressure -0.9bar
Antistatic standard: HG/ t3037-2008, adhesive conductive, resistivity R < 106 ohmm. Spiral wire is also used to discharge static electricity.
Working pressure: W.P200~300psi; Safety factor: 4 times.
Applicable temperature: - 40 to 130 ℃.
