Special for water cooling cable and reduction induction furnace
Application range: it is suitable for conveying purified water through cable in induction electric furnace water cooling system with voltage of 10KV. Pure carbon - free, high insulation, wear - resistant, anti - aging.
Structure: inner layer: white, smooth, pure, carbon-free, high-insulated EPDM synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength polyester fiber thread.
Outer rubber layer: pure carbon - free, high - insulation EPDM synthetic rubber.
Appearance: white. Smooth, 1" above. Or green/redue.
Electrical resistance: high insulation, excellent low leakage current. At 10KV DC/AC voltage, the leakage current is less than 20 Micro Amp.
Work pressure: W.P200PSI; Safety factor: 4 times.
Applicable temperature: - 40 to 100 ℃.
