GTL001 Automated multi-purpose tube/self-locking
PUSH ON HOSE
Applications: High-quality multi-purpose hose designed for robots and automation equipment. It is flexible, durable and has high tensile strength.
Suitable for conveying oil, air, water, emulsion, gas in high-demand places such as assembly lines, molds, robots, etc. The hose is non-conductive.
Produced according to the highest quality standards in Europe and America, the hose is guaranteed to withstand rigorous tests in terms of sealing, durability and pressure safety.
Very suitable for places where frequent bending or friction is required.
Self-locking function: 1/4"~1" specifications are supported, with special push-on connector, no clamp required, the maximum tightening time is within 88℃.
Structure: Inner rubber layer: black smooth high grade oil resistant NBR synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: High strength polyester fiber cord.
Cover: Oil-resistant, wear-resistant and super anti-aging CSM synthetic rubber.
Appearance: Glossy, black, red, blue; other colors can be customized. 1" above cloth.
Working pressure: W.P300psi, safety factor: 4 times.
Applicable temperature: -30 to 105 ℃. (120 ℃ for short time)
