GTL012 Automobile urea hose
DEF DISPENSING HOSE
Application range: used to transport high-purity 32.5% automotive urea liquid for vehicles, or to inject high-purity 32.5% automotive urea liquid into the SCR system of diesel vehicles.
Clean and environmentally friendly, ensuring that there is no secondary pollution to the urea liquid and the vehicle SCR system, helping diesel vehicles meet emission regulations.
High-strength polyester fiber braided layer, meeting the high-precision metering requirements of filling stations.
Structure: Inner rubber layer: black smooth anti-static, high-purity acid and alkali resistant EPDM synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: High strength polyester fiber cord.
Protective layer: Black smooth wear-resistant, anti-static EPDM synthetic rubber.
Antistatic standard: HG/T3037-2008, rubber conductive, resistivity R＜106ohmm.
Working pressure: W.P200~300psi; safety factor: 4 times.
Applicable temperature: -40 to 130 ℃.
