GTL016 EPDM Food grade flushing hose
FOOD STEAM HOSE
Application range: used for washing in food processing plants; conveying various fluid foods such as milk, soda, beer, red wine, juice, 96% alcohol, etc.
Technical features: good flexibility. Especially suitable for winding on reels.
The outer rubber has excellent anti-aging and weather resistance.
The smooth food-grade inner wall can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria.
Does not contain phthalates.
Structure: Hose inner rubber layer: white smooth food grade EPDM synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement layer: High-strength polyester fiber cord. 1-1/4"~2" is 4 layers of high-strength cord fabric.
Hose protective layer: blue anti-aging food grade EPDM synthetic rubber.
Appearance: blue, glossy. 1" and above cloth.
Pressure resistance: hot water working pressure W.P20bar, safety factor 4 times. Maximum steam working pressure W.P6bar.
Applicable temperature: -40 to 120℃. Aramid wire reinforcement layer can be customized, high temperature resistance 165℃.
