CARBON FREE HOSE
Application scope: Suitable for 6KV induction furnace water cooling system to transmit pure water and ethylene glycol solution through cables. High insulation, wear resistance and anti-aging.
Structure: Inner rubber layer: black smooth high insulation EPDM synthetic rubber, customizable peroxide cross-linking, high purity, no S.
Reinforcement: High strength polyester fiber cord.
Cover: High insulation EPDM synthetic rubber; peroxide cross-linking can be customized, high purity, S-free.
Appearance: Green. Smooth surface, 1" or above cloth. Or black/red/blue.
Withstand voltage: High insulation, excellent low leakage current. At 6KV DC/AC voltage, the leakage current is less than 20 Micro Amp.
Working pressure: W.P250~300PSI; Safety factor: 4 times.
Applicable temperature: -40 to 120 ℃.
