GTL015 NBR Food Straws
FOOD HOSE NBR
Application range: used for conveying and suction of various fluid foods, such as milk, beer, vegetable oil, oil, grease, red wine, juice 96% alcohol, etc., used for loading and unloading operations of various food tankers.
Technical features: good flexibility, resistant to vacuum and negative pressure.
The outer rubber has excellent wear resistance, anti-aging and weather resistance.
Smooth food grade inner wall can effectively inhibit bacterial growth.
Does not contain phthalate.
Structure: Hose inner rubber layer: White smooth food grade oil-resistant NBR synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement layer: 2 layers of high-strength cord fabric + spiral steel wire.
Hose protective layer: blue wear-resistant, oil-resistant and anti-aging CSM synthetic rubber.
Appearance: blue, cloth. Spiral steel wire can be used for static discharge.
Pressure resistance: working pressure W.P10~20bar, safety factor 4 times.
Negative pressure resistance: -0.9bar (90KPa/900mbar)
Applicable temperature: -30 to 120℃. It can be cleaned with detergent and steam for a few minutes at a temperature not exceeding 130℃.
