GTL017 EPDM Food Straws
FOOD HOSE EPDM
Application range: Suitable for the suction of various fluid foods, such as milk, soda water, beer, red wine, juice, 96% alcohol, etc., and used for loading and unloading operations of various food tank trucks.
Technical features: good softness, resistant to vacuum and negative pressure.
The outer rubber has excellent wear resistance, aging resistance and weather resistance.
The smooth food-grade inner wall can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria.
Does not contain phthalates.
Structure: Hose inner rubber layer: white smooth food grade EPDM synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement layer: 2 layers of high-strength cord fabric + spiral steel wire.
Hose protective layer: blue anti-aging food grade EPDM synthetic rubber.
Appearance: cloth, blue. Spiral steel wire can be used for static discharge.
Pressure resistance: working pressure W.P10~20bar; safety factor: 4 times. Maximum working pressure of water vapor W.P6bar
Negative pressure resistance: -0.9bar (90KPa/900mbar)
Applicable temperature: -40 to 120℃, short-term steam cleaning at a maximum of 165℃.
Packaging: double protection standard export packaging.
