GTL018 UPE Food grade drain straw
FOOD HOSE UPE
Application range: Suitable for conveying food, medicine, solvent, chemical, acid, alkali and other highly corrosive media with high requirements of food grade.
Structure: Inner layer: White or black UHMW-PE ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Black UPE static conductive R106ohmm.
Reinforcement layer: 2 layers of high-strength cord fabric + spiral steel wire. The spiral steel wire can be used for static discharge.
Protective layer: Blue anti-aging food grade EPDM synthetic rubber.
Appearance: cloth, blue.
Pressure resistance: working pressure W.P16~20bar; safety factor: 4 times.
Negative pressure resistance: -0.9bar (90KPa/900mbar)
Applicable temperature: -40 to 100℃. Concentrated acid temperature is limited to 60℃! It can be sterilized and cleaned within 30 minutes at a maximum of 130℃ steam.
Packaging: double protection standard export packaging.
